Jim Gordon Controls a unit of the Flying Tigers, the American Volunteer Group which fought the Japanese in China until the Entrance of America into World War II. While juggling problems and the disparate personalities together with their flyers, gordon has to ship his outnumbered group of fighter pilots out against overwhelming odds.
