Boy Shawn MacArthur has come to New York City with nothing. His luck changes when scam-artist Harvey Boarden sees that he has a natural talent to street fighting barely earning a paycheck selling counterfeit goods on the roads. When Harvey offers in making the money that is actual Shawn assistance, the two form an uneasy partnership.
