Buck (Gary Busey) is a Vietnam veteran who has just been released from prison, and he is very friendly. This is what he found when he came back home. The town is being terrorized by an evil motorcycle gang. As soon as the bikers kill Buck's wife and hurt his daughter, Buck and his friends arm themselves to the teeth and fight back against the bikers. They want to get rid of the gang for good.
