Louis, who suffers from an intellectual impairment, is falsely convicted of killing his sister Delia and is consequently sentenced to five years in prison for the crime. Upon his release, he receives a visit from one of the last guys to see her alive. This man hints that there may be more to her murder than initially appears to be the case. Louis, now armed with this fresh information, sets out on a personal mission to determine who is to blame for the unusual circumstances surrounding Delia's passing.
