At a American town, a set of teens rings together to form a gang of gunslingers, the Dandies. Following a code of pacifism that they all carry guns, the band lets in Sebastian, the grandson of Dick's childhood nanny, Clarabelle, that worries that the gangs in the region. Events assert that push against the gang beyond posturing, although dick and company take to to protect Clarabelle.
