Gordon Covington is a man who, despite the pressures of his career, strives to make time for his family. However, occasionally, Covington's boss stops him from meeting his promises to his children, and after he misses Christmas with his family, an elf named Randy decides to teach Gordon a lesson by transforming him into someone else who must work on Christmas–Santa Claus.
