A secret Soviet institute conducts scientific and occult experiments on animals and humans in order to create the ideal individual. The KGB general and his aides turn a blind eye to the Institute's director's amorous adventures, notable scientists' scandalous debaucheries, and their brutal and mad studies. One day, under the pretext of test volunteers, an extreme ultra-right-wing organization enters the laboratory. They are assigned a mission: to exterminate the Institute's decaying elements and, if necessary, to destroy the fragile world of covert Soviet science.
