Judy O'Brien wants to be a ballerina when she grows up. She is in a dance group. Also in the group is Bubbles, a brash mantrap who leaves the group because it isn't making money. She moves on to burlesque. When the company breaks up, Bubbles hires Judy to be her stooge. In the end, they both fall for the same man.
