When Honey's uncle gets abducted by the bad criminal gang referred to as "Panther Claw," she must use her wonderful powers of change (fueled by love) to conserve him. At the same time the same crime group has been responsible for a number of various other criminal offense sprees throughout Tokyo. In the process, Honey partner with the apparently cool police woman Natsuko Aki as well as hot shot reporter Seiji Hayami in addition to battle the 4 "claws" of the Panther Claw gang to save her uncle et cetera of the city.
