During the investigation of a gang-related shooting, Marcus Williams is compelled to work with Minister Samuel Gray, whom he does not want to work with. Upon beginning their adventure, the mismatched couple learn that the incident is part of something larger, and that apprehending the killer means putting an end to an all-out gang war in order to save their own lives. In this buddy cop comedy, Marcus and Samuel discover that saving lives requires them to learn to cooperate with one another over the course of their investigation.
