When retired Chicago firefighter Jack Moniker relocates to a small Caribbean island, he meets the proprietor of a run-down resort. Together, they rebuild the resort and attract tourists to Club Paradise in order to stave off crooked politicians and businessmen seeking to take the resort for themselves.
