In this story, Clay is a young man living in a small town. He sees Earl, a friend of his, kill himself because Clay was having an affair with the man's wife. Feeling bad, Clay now fights back when the widow wants him to keep having sex with her. It turns out that Clay accidentally becomes friends with a serial killer named Lester Long, who kills the widow in order to “help” his “fishing buddy.”
