A fable of mental liberation and chocolate. A mother and daughter go into a small town where a chocolate shop open. The town, religious and strict, is contrary to them as they represent free thinking and indulgence. When a group of Boat Gypsies float the river the prejudices of the Mayor leads to some catastrophe.
