In the 1850s, Captain Charles Boone moves his family members of three kids to his ancestral home in the small, seemingly drowsy town of Preacher's Corners, Maine after his wife dies at sea. Charles will soon have to confront the tricks of his household's shabby background, and also combat to end the darkness that has actually plagued the Boones for generations.
