Detective Quentin Conners is suspended along with the police force is left by his partner Jason York after a shooting Pearl Street Bridge, when the hostage and the unlawful expire. Conners is assigned because his partner responsible of the operation with the newcomer Shane Dekker. A penny is not, apparently stolen by the thieves, lead by Lorenz from the bank. The police team reveal that they planted a virus from the system, stealing just one billion dollars using the principle of the Chaos Theory while pursuing the gangsters.
