Billy Bigelow has been dead for 15 decades. Out the pearly gates, he long ago waived his right. He's heard that a problem is together with his family: namely with née Jordan, his spouse Julie Bigelow, along with his child he has never met. He'd now like to head back to Earth to assist in rectifying the problem. But before he can proceed, by telling his own narrative to him he has to get permission from the gatekeeper.
