Jim Brannigan is sent to London to bring back an American mobster who is being held for extradition but when he arrives he's been kidnapped which was set up by his lawyer. Brannigan in his way brings individuals of Scotland Yard American authorities as a way to conquer this mobster with a pricetag on his head and a older London cop to compete with.
