Hank Marshall is really just a square-jawed, strait laced Army engineer and science expert, assigned to help run. Hank has become a thorn in this Army's side , though, for a couple of different reasons. He's an outspoken opponent of atmospheric testing, even though his superiors wish to squelch his own concerns and hold outside perspectives. . .and his reports. One problem is his spouse.
