Set in 1901, Willem Morkel, a Boer family man whose wife and son were slaughtered during the Anglo-Boer War, is the protagonist of this period drama. Whilst imprisoned in St. Helena's notorious concentration camp, Willem is forced to take on the vicious Colonel Swannell in a game of rugby—a game he knows nothing about.
