At Karakura Town, un-identifiable spirits begin appearing en mases. Ichigo Kurosaki and Rukia Kuchiki meet a shinigami who wipes out many of them, Senna while attempting to handle one of these strange souls. Senna won't answer some questions, therefore while Rukia tries to get out what's happening Ichi-go is made to check out her.
