A group of suspicious authorities officials headed by General Randolph have been brought into a distant lab to get a demonstration from"Psychic Materialization", a thriving sideeffect of an experimental medication. However, the project scientists had warned that insufficient testing had been successfully completed to get into safety concerns. In a freak accident during the demonstration to the politicians, even a barbarous creature is created! Unable to support the creature, it ignites devastation contrary to humanity & chaos!
