The premise of Being Human is that various types of supernatural beings exist alongside human beings. That all of those supernatural beings are opting to live amongst humans rather than apart from their website. And these 3 personalities are all attempting (just as much as is possible) to live average individual lives despite the pressures and dangers in their own situations. They truly are threatened with vulnerability or persecution, with anxiety from several other animals, and with problems caused by their attempts to handle their particular natures.
