Lester and Orville fire an erroneous Mars-bound rocket. Rather than that, it heads to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. They are subsequently coerced into flying to Venus by bank robber Mugsy and his sidekick Harry, where they discover an exclusively female culture, with men banished.
